芒果一粒
番茄2粒
紅洋蔥 ½ 粒
甜黃椒 ½ 粒
香菜30 克
薄荷葉 30 克
酸柑汁2 湯匙
米餅一包
方法
1. 芒果去皮切粒,番茄去籽切粒,洋蔥,辣椒切粒,香菜、 薄荷葉切絲。
2. 將芒果、番茄、洋蔥香菜、薄荷葉及甜黃椒放入大碗中,淋下青檸汁 和油,輕輕攪拌,再撒下鹽和胡椒粉調味。
3. 將小許的芒果番茄醬放在米餅上,即成。

Red onion 1/2
Yellow chilli 1/2
Coriander leaves 30gm
Mint leaves 30gm
Fresh lime juice 2 table spoons
Olive oil 2 table spoons
Rice cracker – 1 packet
Method
- Peel mango, cut into small cube size, remove tomato seeds, cut into small cube size, onion and yellow chilli, chop finely, coriander and mint, slice finely.
- Place mango, tomato, onion, chilli, coriander, mint lime juice and oil in bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine.
- Serve with rice crackers.
