墨西哥芒果番茄醬 Mango & tomato salsa


果一粒
番茄2
紅洋蔥 ½ 
黃椒 ½ 
香菜30 
薄荷葉 30 
酸柑汁湯匙
橄欖油 2湯匙
米餅一包


方法
1.       芒果去皮切粒,番茄去籽切粒,洋蔥,辣椒切粒香菜、薄荷葉切絲。
2.       將芒果、番茄、洋蔥香菜、薄荷葉及甜黃椒放入大碗中,淋下青檸汁和油輕輕攪拌,再撒下鹽和胡椒粉調味
3.       將小許的芒果番茄醬放在米餅上,即成。

Mango 1 nos
Tomato 2 nos
Red onion 1/2
Yellow chilli 1/2
Coriander leaves 30gm
Mint leaves 30gm
Fresh lime juice 2 table spoons
Olive oil 2 table spoons
Rice cracker – 1 packet
Method
  1. Peel mango, cut into small cube size, remove tomato seeds, cut into small cube size, onion and yellow chilli, chop finely, coriander and mint, slice finely.
  2. Place mango, tomato, onion, chilli, coriander, mint lime juice and oil in bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine.
  4. Serve with rice crackers.
