丹州甜点:Akok

丹州的甜点种类繁多,深受当地人民的喜爱,这里的甜品有个特点便是太甜,很多游客都受不了,尝了第一口便连声喊甜!再也不想尝第二口。喜欢Akok是因为它不太甜,是丹州少数“不甜”的甜点之一。

吃完香辣的咖厘饭,再来一两块Akok,是完美的搭配。在任何时候,你都能在这里买到Akok:早午餐,下午茶或着是晚餐,一块五毛钱,经济实惠。

材料和做法都很简单,用的是鸭旦,椰糖,椰桨,面粉和班兰叶汁,把所有的材料搅拌好,倒入模型中,用炭火烧熟。好吃的Akok一定要有点焦的,甜中带点苦味和班兰香,才是极品!

那里的Akok最好吃呢?每个人的选择都不同,我的爸爸指定道北半路的,而弟妇佩苑则喜欢Salor 那家的,每次想要吃Akok时,都很耐性的开半个小时的车,来到这家家庭式的店,有时还要排长龙呢。

哇,等了那么久,终于盼到这道好料出场了!
试过了,本来不喜欢甜品的我,也不得不赞好!尤其在等候的时候,炭香中夹着akok的微微焦香,那种勾魂的感觉,使得迫不及待的心情,在心里吵得更猛,恨不得立刻就抓一块放入嘴里。那种爽的感受,是那些躲在家里等打包回来的人无法享受到的!所以,再远,再等,也是心甘情愿的去!

hmm... never saw this kuih before, seems no chance to try it if didn't visit Kelantan huh....

When the 1st time I saw the photo, i thought it's eggplant slice lei...

Addie, intro more kelantan food then maybe 1 day I may pay a visit to Kelantan just to try all those food, then you'll become Kelantan 旅游大使 already, wakaka~~

as i told you before i am having problem with my external hard disc, i lost most of my pictures and i been told i cant get it back. need to take those pictures all over again.

Oh o~~ thought its just cable matter to made it can't power up, seems they re-format your hard disc already :(

Never mind lah, as long all nice photo still in ur mind, you'll never forget them, and re-take when you goes back to Kelantan ya... hehe~~
