法式蔬菜雜燴拌意麵

材料:茄子 1條切块

西葫芦 1條切片

甜椒(紅、青、黃各一個)切塊

番茄 500克 切塊

橄榄油适量

盐及胡椒

意大利麵條一包

帕爾瑪奶酪刨丝

做法:

1. 依包装指示煮熟通心粉。(通常须8分钟)

2. 將所有菜類洗淨。

3. 平底锅烧热橄榄油,将茄子,炒至3分鐘。

4. 加入西葫芦,炒至3分鐘。

5. 加入甜椒和蕃茄,大火煮滚,转小火煮到蕃茄收水糊状,须不時翻攪。

6. 拌入盐及胡椒,起锅。

7. 捞起麵條,将蔬菜雜燴铺上,乘热洒上乳酪。



Ratatouille Pasta


• 1 eggplant, sliced in rounds

• 1 zucchini, sliced in rounds

• 1 bell peppers,(red,green,yellow) sliced

• 500gm tomatoes, peeled and quartered

• olive oil

• bay leaf

• salt and pepper

• Spaghetti – 1 packet

• Parmesan cheese


1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.

2. Wash and slice all of the vegetables.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the sliced eggplant and cook, turning occasionally for 3 minutes.

4. add the zucchini slices. Cook for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally.

5. Add the bell peppers,add the tomatoes ,Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Place spaghetti on a place and pour ratatouille on top, serve with parmesan cheese.
