材料:
石榴:一顆
火龍果:一顆
酸奶:一杯
蜜糖:適量
做法:
1. 将石榴掰开,揉出石榴粒,備用。
2. 將火龍果去皮,切小丁。
3. 將石榴粒和火龍果丁放在一個深碗内,倒下酸奶,拌勻,再放點蜜糖調味。
貼士:石榴和火龍果都具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的作用。

Dragon Fruit: 1 nos
Yogurt: 1 cup
Honey: to taste
Method:
1. skimmed Pomegranate and retain the fruits only.
2. Skimmed Dragon Fruit , cut into bite size.
3. place pomegranate and Dragon Fruit in a deep bowl,
add yogurt and mix well, add Honey to taste.
Tips: Eat Pomegranate and
dragon fruit as a good natural source of anti-oxidants which help to prevent
the dangers of free radicals which can cause cancer and other undesirable
health detriments.
